Developers catering for users in multiple languages may wish to localize the names of arguments, as they appear in the Excel Formula Wizard.
You can use the ResID (Resource ID) column to set a resource ID for the name. The XLL+ run-time libraries will replace this with a string from the resource file, so that the argument's name appear in the Excel Formula Wizard in the user's preferred language.
