The XLL+ .NET/2005 AppWizard is a Custom Wizard. You can use it to create a complete XLL project, containing many built-in features.
In Visual Studio .NET or 2005, open the File - New - Project dialog (Shift+Ctrl+N) and select the Visual C++ Projects category. In the list of project types, select XLL+ Excel Add-in, and type in a name for the new project.
