Returns a read-only pointer to one sub-array

Remarks

This overloaded operator returns a read-only pointer to one of the constituent vectors of the matrix.

This behaviour allows you to treat the matrix object like an array. For example:

    ple::mtx_ptrs<double> m;
    ...
    a_value = m[i][j];
