CXlMacros::FormatNumber

Equivalent to choosing the Number tab in the Format Cells dialog box

Parameters

format_text

Format_text is a format string, such as "#, ##0.00", specifying which format to apply to the selection.

Return value

Zero if the function has been called successfully; non-zero if the function could not be called. See Error codes for a list of return values.
