In order to fully use the Download and Support section of the Planatech Solutions web site you need to register, and thereby provide information that identifies you and the Planatech Solutions product you have purchased.

This information is required for three purposes:

  • To register the product you have purchased, either directly from Planatech Solutions or from one of our sales partners, so you can receive any free product upgrades to which you are entitled under the terms of the software licence agreement and any patches or downloads we may release.
  • To email you instantly with decryption passwords for any encrypted upgrades, patches or downloads, as they are downloaded.
  • To inform you of any upgrades, patches or downloads to which you are entitled and, where you may be interested, information on new Planatech products or version releases of software.

If you choose not to register, you can still use most of our site. However, you will not be able to access some key areas of our Download and Support section.

To ensure that your personal information is correct and current, you may review and update this information at any time by going to the Download and Support section on our web site and either registering or logging on. There, you can:

  • Register.
  • View and edit the personal details you have already given us.

Once you have registered, you don't need to do it again. You just need to use your chosen logon whenever you enter the site.

We undertake to keep all the information you provide to us confidential and only to use it for the purposes stated above. We will seek your permission first if we wish to use your personal information for any other purpose.

If for some reason you believe that Planatech Solutions has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email at info@planatechsolutions.com and we will determine and correct the problem immediately.
